Are Microsoft and Sony thinking of making new consoles soon?

The 8th generation of consoles was the Kinnect and the Move and WiiU now, they are still young so the rumors are half true since after the PS2 came the PS3 and after the PS3 there is gona be PS4 but that is not true it not coming soon, for know lets just stick with the Kinnect
