You can go on your own to planned parenthood, the health department, or any doctor's if you have the money to pay for a private doctor that is. You could even just ask your regular doctor about getting a prescription at your regular appointment and they can't tell your parents because of doctor/patient confidentiality. If you're under 18 and a virgin you don't need a pap smear to get birth control (paps actually have nothing at all to do with birth control). Please don't rely on condoms alone, they are only about 85% effective with average usage. The safest way is to be on the pill AND use a condom.
