Has kinect fun labs been down for you?

My brother played kinect fun labs before they announced it at e3 and I was gone so I didn't get to play he said it was cool so I wanted to play I got there and it said that the server was offline and that I couldn't play o and btw every time I tried to open it it would show like 8 black squares with my avatar in the corner so thx in advance byby
