I honestly don't know what to do! Does she like me or what? HELP decoding this!!?

I'll try to make this as short as possible, I apologize if it ends up a little long. I'm going to be a junior in college. I've know this girl for 2 years and we got closer to each other this year (we were in a few classes together). We sat next to each other in class, studied together, and texted each other quite a bit. I even flirted with her and invaded her personal space on many occasions. She always called me an amazing person and stuff like that. I started liking her as more of a friend but didn't really ask her out because we are both very focused with school. She never had a real boyfriend and when another guy started to hit on her, she told him she wasn't interested in anyone from school or at the moment because she was focused on her grades and GRE studying. I remained close to her and we are now on summer break. I would like to add that she is Indian and I am Taiwanese, and I am pretty sure she has strict parents. She is pretty flirty but doesn't realize it. I convinced myself that we weren't really going to get anywhere since she had priorities other than dating. I started texting her less, but still talked to her occasionally. She started to call me every week and keep me on the phone for about an hour or more each time. We are done with the GRE's and she continues to call me and keeps telling me that I need to visit. Does she like me? I kind of moved on but I still have feelings for her. We don't have a lot in common, but we just "click" whenever we're around each other. Should I ask her out next time I see her? Even if I know her parents are very strict? Thanks everyone!
